Picture Quality
I was beginning to worry that it took a blog for me to realize that the quality of the pictures my camera takes is less then stellar. I just realized that when Chris and I took photos for a craig's list posting a week or so ago we bumped the image quality down a few notches on the camera to save on size......problem solved, I'm not losing my mind after all!

The Belly
I decided I've held out long enough. Many of you have been asking to see a shot of this magnificent bump so I finally had Chris take a couple shots.....here we are, mom and Harper at week 36:
Dad decided he should get to have his picture taken too.....

A trip to the park.....
Chris and I seem to have a problem sleeping in these days. When we rolled out of bed this morning we decided Sunny and Gibson were long overdue for a trip to their favorite place.....the local dog park.

Made new friends.....
And just plain wore themselves out.....
They left as two very happy dogs......!
They played fetch with dad......
Explored the trails.....
Made new friends.....

Work in progress....
We were holding on starting this blog until we came up with a title that we were happy with....well you can't rush that process, especially when it comes to Chris and I agreeing on something. So welcome to the "Flynn Family Life"....I guarantee this blog will be retitled over time.....just sitting here waiting to be inspired!

Nesting for the Newest Edition
I had intended to start a blog once Harper Jeanne Flynn officially made her entrance into this world, but decided it would be best to get the ball rolling now! We are creeping up on the 35 week mark and starting to feel as though we are getting close to having "things" ready.....
not sure if you can ever be ready mentally!
Harper's room has just a few finishing touches left to go. We're very happy with how it's turned out. Here's a tour for you:
This is such a special edition to Harper's room created by friends and family at a shower. Everyone was given a letter in Harper's name and then asked to choose a word to describe Harper.
